Refund Policy

Mighty Scripts, also written as MightyScripts, is the trading name of Mighty Codes, a sole proprietorship. This policy covers refunds for our downloadable, self-hosted PHP scripts and manual updates-and-support extensions purchased directly through the Mighty Scripts website. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces are subject to their own refund rules.

1. Digital Products

Our products are delivered digitally and there are no physical goods to return. You may cancel a direct purchase for any reason within 14 calendar days of the completed transaction and receive a full refund. You do not need to provide a reason. Downloading or accessing the product during this period does not by itself remove this cancellation right under our policy.

For a digital product, returning the product means that you must stop using it and delete all copies in your possession or control. A refund will revoke the related license and access to downloads, documentation, updates, and support.

2. Check Before Purchasing

Before purchasing, review the product description, demonstration, system requirements, license scope, compatibility, limitations, and updates-and-support period. You are responsible for suitable hosting and correct installation. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing.

If published system requirements were materially incomplete or incorrect and the product cannot work as described, the problem will not automatically be treated as your responsibility.

3. Requesting a Refund

To use the 14-day cancellation right, submit your request through the Mighty Scripts contact form within 14 calendar days of the completed transaction. Include your name, account email, and order reference so we can identify the purchase. You do not need to provide a reason or technical evidence.

Refund requests made after the 14-day period are generally not accepted unless applicable law or Paddle's terms require otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

We will confirm the cancellation to your account email. Refunds are processed through Paddle.

4. Paddle, Licenses, and Accounts

Paddle is the authorized reseller, payment provider, and Merchant of Record. Paddle-processed refunds follow its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. A cancellation requested within 14 calendar days is eligible for a full refund under this policy without a reason. Paddle controls the actual refund transaction, which normally returns funds to the original payment method. Timing depends on Paddle and the payment provider. We do not send refund payments directly to customers outside Paddle.

A refund revokes the related license, downloads, documentation, updates, and support. A payment reversal, fraudulent payment, false claim, abuse, or successful payment dispute may also result in account suspension. A dispute is not treated as fraud merely because it was submitted.

5. Changes and Contact

The latest published version of this policy automatically replaces earlier versions from its effective date and applies to requests submitted from that date. Mandatory or already-accrued rights remain protected.
