This setting is the maximum number of earning views allowed for the same visitor IP during the current application calendar day. It is not a rolling 24-hour window.
- In Simple mode, the limit is counted across the site.
- In Campaigns mode with Unique Visitor Per = All Campaigns, it is shared across all campaigns.
- With Unique Visitor Per = Campaign, it is counted separately for each selected campaign.
A value of 1 can allow one paid view per eligible campaign in the last case, but it does not guarantee that every campaign will be served. Plan-level hourly, daily, and monthly limits or other earning checks can stop payment earlier.
